6 Week Body Transformation Challenge

Our 6 Week Challenge is designed to help you lose weight, get fit and build strength all in the aim of helping you look and feel your best. 

​First thing we do is take note of our starting position. Where are you currently? 

We measure this in 4 ways;

1. Weight 

2. Body Measurements 

3. Before and After Pics 

4. Physical Assessment (Benchmarking)

Once we have established a starting baseline, we know where we need to improve the most.

The 6 Weeks Broken Down

The Programme itself is a hybrid model of online coaching, 1-2-1 coaching and group exercise. 


Those on the 6 Week Challenge get access to our group classes where we work on building muscle, mobility, fitness and core strength.

Each of our fantastic instructors provides their own unique spin and personality. 

Class styles vary include things such as circuits, combat conditioning, strength training, core / calisthenics and HIIT.


Training and Diet Plans

Besides the group classes, our coaches provide online support and advice. We build you a bespoke training plan to focus on key areas you want to improve on.

We also work with you to create a diet plan that doesn't restrict you but rather focuses on small changes to meals that can make a big difference.

Support and Accountability

We are with you every step of the way. We add you to our Online Personal Training software so you can reach out whenever you need help plus we can keep track of you and offer support. 

We also add you to our private Facebook group so members can chat, share meal ideas and generally give each other the motivation to keep smashing it!

By combining everything we do in the 6 Week programme we help you look and feel amazing. 

By the time we redo our measurements (weight, body measurements, before and after pics plus physical benchmarking) you will feel like a totally new person!
