We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Contact detail (Home address, phone number and email)

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • For safety reasons (injury on-site)

  • Contacting you about promotions

  • Contacting you regarding a query

  • Contacting you regarding a questionnaire you filled out

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Typeform, for query related reasons. 

  • Facebook Ads, for query related reasons.

We use the information that you have given us in order to help resolve your query you have given us, or the questionnaire you filled in. 

We may share this information with our staff members, who will be reaching out to you.

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep your personal information securely behind account(s) with passwords, for as long as only necessary. We will then dispose your information by manually deleting the database where it exists.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
