We believe that everyone should have access to fitness and this includes kids (and those that have children!)
Getting kids and teenagers into fitness is key to them having a healthy lifestyle when they get older, helping to combat the growing rise in child obesity.
That's why we have a series of classes for your little ones, whatever their age, as well as classes for parents of little ones that might find it difficult to get to the gym regularly.
Taught by our amazing team, who not only have expert knowledge but know how to translate that to children, whilst making sure that the classes are fun (as we all know how hard it is to keep children's attention when they're bored!)
Kids & Teens Combat Classes
Our classes are designed to help kid's develop their self-confidence, learn a new skill, get fit and have fun with other kids their own age. With a natural progression from kids, to teens and then hopefully into our full adult classes, we provide a space for your kids to learn and grow!
Classes include Boxing, Self-Defence & Kickboxing, meaning that even the pickiest little rascal will find something they enjoy.
Classes are £5 each (cheaper than most other kids activities we might add), but we have Kids & Teens Memberships for just £27.99, meaning if you come to just 2 classes a week you are paying £3.50 a class!
Baby Yoga & Baby Massage
Our space isn't just limited to those that want to lift weights or attend a combat class. We have opened up or Studio space to 'Just Relax Baby' to run their Baby Yoga and Baby Massage classes.
These hour long sessions provide quality time with your baby, allows you to socialise with other parents and work on mobility, core strength and flexibility.

Parent and Baby Classes
We know it can be hard to find time to exercise when you have a baby which is why we set up our Parent & Baby classes.
Run in our studio space it provides a space for parents of young children that is accommodating of small children, meaning you have the freedom to workout without worrying about your little one.
We run 4 different classes, each focused on a different key area of fitness;
Relax; Bring your little one whilst enjoying a parent focused yoga class, helping develop your core strength, mobility, flexibility and balance.
Coffee & Core; a 30 min abdominal and pelvic floor workout followed by a coffee and social chat in our café area.
Get Fit; A fitness focused session, this will elevate your heart rate and get you sweating.
Get Strong; Rebuild your strength after birth and focus on building your muscles back up.
Join on a Parent & Baby membership for unlimited Parent classes as well as access to the gym.
